John Gretton “Jocko” Willink, retired Navy SEAL interviews USS Liberty survivors Phil Tourney, Larry Bowen and Joe Meadors in a very lively and expansive discussion about their backgrounds and how their paths came together when they served on the doomed ship.
Each of them tell their detailed stories of what they experienced during the attack and its aftermath, both short-term and long-term, including the cruel treatment they received from the highest-level Naval officials (Admiral John McCain up to and including the Commander-in-Chief Lyndon B. Johnson).
